Looking to reboot your meditation practice? Wishing to set the foundations to begin one? Want to gain inspiration, tips, and a serene hour for yourself on three consecutive Sunday evenings? Please join me for a new three-class series–the Journey of Meditation: Opening to Joy.

Sundays, Jan 21, 28, and Feb 4 at the Yoga Sanctuary
5:45-6:45 pm

Ancient Yoga texts say that our essence is pure bliss and joy. In this guided, participatory series for people with any level of experience, we’ll learn simple steps toward opening to this joy, including gentle movement, diaphragmatic breath, deep relaxation, and an easy, effective seated meditation practice. Having experienced this breath-based, systematic approach to both relaxing and focusing the mind, you’ll come away with the inspiration and tools that you need to develop a personal practice, and with skills you can incorporate into all aspects of your daily life.

Come for one class or all three; find registration on the Yoga Sanctuary workshops and class series page.
