We will not be gathering for integrated Yoga meditation on Sunday, March 3. Take the time to find quiet and stillness in your heart; we’ll practice again together on March 10.

We won’t be gathering for our regular Sunday morning integrated Yoga meditation class on December 16! Enjoy a home practice, and see you on Sunday, December 23.

Prana-vidya hatha yoga puts you in touch with the subtle energies of body, breath and mind as we move through classical yoga postures — a perfect start to your weekend. Join me at the Meditation Center this Saturday, November 10, from 9:00 to 10:15 am. All levels welcome!

Come stretch up and ground down in an all-levels practice in NE Minneapolis from 9:00 to 10:15 am at the Meditation Center. Experience the subtle awareness of body, breath, and mind that is a natural result of prana-vidya hatha yoga.

We won’t be gathering this Sunday, February 11, for our regular morning Yoga meditation. We’ll be back together again in a week, on Sunday, February 18, from 9:00 to 10:15. Stay cozy and may your meditations be deep and sweet.

Looking to reboot your meditation practice? Wishing to set the foundations to begin one? Want to gain inspiration, tips, and a serene hour for yourself on three consecutive Sunday evenings? Please join me for a new three-class series–the Journey of Meditation: Opening to Joy.

Sundays, Jan 21, 28, and Feb 4 at the Yoga Sanctuary
5:45-6:45 pm

Ancient Yoga texts say that our essence is pure bliss and joy. In this guided, participatory series for people with any level of experience, we’ll learn simple steps toward opening to this joy, including gentle movement, diaphragmatic breath, deep relaxation, and an easy, effective seated meditation practice. Having experienced this breath-based, systematic approach to both relaxing and focusing the mind, you’ll come away with the inspiration and tools that you need to develop a personal practice, and with skills you can incorporate into all aspects of your daily life.

Come for one class or all three; find registration on the Yoga Sanctuary workshops and class series page.
